ARE YOUR ITEMS REALLY MADE IN SYDNEY?
Yes! Your very special Lottie Clothing piece is handmade just for you in Sydney, Australia from locally sourced fabrics and trims.
CAN I CUSTOMISE AN ORDER?
Yes! We are very happy to accommodate special requests for certain fabrics or colours or even adjustments to sizing (extra length/width etc). Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your special edition!
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SELECT?
Check out our Size Chart. Generally, our dresses are true to size and we have found them to be similar to other store sizing. The measurements in our size chart are approximate as there may be very slight differences in each piece, however not enough to effect you needing a different size altogether. These measurements were taken when the dress is lying flat.

If you would like any other details as to sizing, or would like to request a custom size or a dress made to measure, please send us an email to email@example.com. We are very happy to assist, and standard size adjustments (to length, width etc.) are no extra charge.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Check out our SHIPPING page for information on order and postage times. We ask to allow 5 to 12 business days for your items to be made, plus post.
CAN I SPEED UP AN ORDER?
Often, yes. We can fast-track orders if they are required for a special occasion. Please leave a note at checkout or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like information on a particular item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please choose sizes carefully as items are very limited and we cannot guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange. If you do require an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate, however it will depend upon item and fabric availability, and demand for your size. If we do offer an exchange, we will charge postage on the new item, which will be posted to you upon receipt of your original item.
Your dress is carefully reviewed before being sent to you, however in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your dress, of course we are happy to replace or refund. Please send us an email to email@example.com if you have any questions regarding your order.
Most of our dresses are made from 100% cotton so can withstand a gentle machine wash cycle. Dresses with special trim or tulle, we would recommend hand washing.
We recommend not tumble-drying your Lottie dress. They prefer hanging to dry in the shade, followed by a warm iron if needed (avoiding the zip and any trims).
